she's an inward projection of my self. or the major's self, whichever is easier to wrap your head around.


deep below the city of eden, beneath the oceans of acidic goo and the fiery wasteland of childhood memories, alongside the sleeping cow-man, she lives in a world with shitty, aliased, lazily thrown together background gradients and even shittier image compression. she is in the darkness that is blanked out by the obnoxious white webspace of DA she is protected by a sea of blackness. (WHY WAS WHITE THEIR FIRST CHOICE!? IT MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE!) she is drawn with a bic pen and vector finished. and apparently, someone gave her a bath. she smells like Cool Tropicolada pet shampoo.

myrtle is an overqualified alternative to the formidable Nuck Chorris.

covered most of it, but lemme know how this uhhh prev image thing is workin out. i've had it up to my fuckin eyeballs with brightness problems and DA's new protocol on preview images (a completely different page and a mag glass. how professional.)

Haha, your descriptions are always fun to read.

She's strangely...cute. The shading is lovely, I like how simple it is. Her wings are my favourite thing ever though, the little designs at the end of the feathers are pretty. She has a cool design too, Quite unique; I like the placing of her scars.

blame it on the cold meds....

I really like the shading. I have a hard time with vector shading, but you do it so well!

i subbed out the domo-mouth for a realistic one for a while, but the more detail i added to the whole thing the more ridiculous it looked as a chibi. so i tossed the idea.

I swear I left a comment on this.

Anyways, what I said back then was I really like this, it's very dark and brutal yet so cute and cuddly at the same time.

But she sure needs to trim that rain forest, no wonder she's so pissed off.

I know I wouldn't go near that ass like that. :faint:

I mean her pose and expression exude angry warkage (mostly likely a mix of said medications and half-assed past private jokes.) Although, I'm not sure how I feel about the broken preview images. On one hand, its like unwrapping a present. On the other, I'd prefer to just zoom in to see it, and not have to mess with a whole bunch of buttons to get there.

I just noticed her tail. Chuck Norris has not the awesome, squatty, angry tail of doom that Myrtle has.

the fuckin new preview system has me in anger fuckin management dude. i have an old one that permits both a download AND a zoom in... just can't figure out HOW the fuck i'm supposed to make it do that! i complained a lot when they launched v5... but... it's really just down to the white BG and preview options. they meddle the most with my doings.
