several days in the preparation.
many years in the making. and a scant handful of moments and insults in the inspiration. yes, i suppose a lot more went into this...for limited backstory see the original IF; but in summation the comic makes fun of the androgeny of costume goth and the alternative riff-raff of the shopping mall. as well as--and excuse my lack of integrity here, fat gothic chicks who obsess over gay men for the fetish of it. like chet says, they're usually homocentrics themselves...so why bother? also thrown in are the quasi-romantic connotations betwixt an odd friend of mine and i. granted i never had purple hair...and i did femme him up here...but this is what the public used to say would happen...IF in the event we dated, back when confused chicks used to ask me out and bob was the heart-throb of closet homosexuals everywhere. vector contours with raster touch-up. FOR THE RECORD....my favorite parts of this are the cheesy little glowy-heart...and the actual cheese fries. mall food... ***to clear any confusion*** the couple depicted in this comic strip does not consist of two males. it is not two women either. it is a totally heterosexual pairing. criminy, in the end the joke was on me afterall XP i ain't no guy! all the assumptions from the crowd are wrong and intended to be humorous. I must say...I think my actual favorite drawing part of it would be the glow from the heart reflected onto the floor... But. Its awesome! I love how the guy won't admit that they are actually guys. -- No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!  wow.
just wow, i guess. a beautiful comic, the art is incredible, as is much of the art you do. the content itself is awesome as well. way to go. -- I hate listening to people's dreams. It is like flipping through a stack of photographs. If I'm not in any of them, and nobody is having sex, I just don't care.  HAHA! Thats great! Sounds like something my friend matt and andy would do,they'd be the ones denying the guys where guys. *cough* anyway! Great job keep up that great/funny work. Byes*clicks fav before leaving*

Oh you and bob look so cute. <3 OH MY GOD. I just noticed this.....it's the food court...with the huge plant in the middle....it's our mall. Genious. I'm still amazed at the coloring job. I guess that's what happens when rappers look up to thugs, and kids look up to rappers. " - Soul Position  God i remember that one when it was just a penciled in comic.
It turned out great Major! *#40 salutes* -- Wriales: "Everyone get ready..." Casim: "Sorry I'm late everyone-holy shit that's a lot of people! We're screwed!" Everyone: "God damnit Casim!"  omg, it looks so great. the colors!!!
 Wow. You've gotten really good at drawing since the last time I visited! Funny story too X3. Nice job!
 Things I noticed about the comic:
1) You with purple hair and yello bandana would be awesomely cool. 2) The guy with brown hair reminds me of...well me. 3) I really dig the guy's ass kickin boots 4) It's nice you let Amandud have a cameo. Great work Kate, I do so love your comics. -- Some people say perfect is a place where the mass graves are well-hidden.  |
