my car has proven to be a wise investment thus far. i have a good feeling about this one.

i'm not a collector buff, or wildly materialistic, just... trying to save money the safest way possible in my opinion. but it is a beautiful coin, and impressive in person. i wasn't expecting my "ooooo shiny!" reaction to be as extreme as it is. but gold has a celebrated ...seduction, i guess. sometimes i cuddle with it while watching TV. :P

...until i buy a suitable safebox or some shit. omg, Sparky made a good decision this year! that's *tallies* TWO.
purchased at USD $940.

two years ago i bought a '91 Firebird base model, against all warning from my Pops and several intelligent friends that it was too cheaply priced to be any good and would be criminal to drive it in the next ten years with the climate crisis. but it gets great mileage for its age, isn't falling apart, and the engine still runs like a champ even nearing 200k. it's also appreciated in retail value as it nears antique status, so as long as i don't wreck it... >.< i got really lucky though, i coulda been screwed terrible on it. but i'd shopped around a lot.

went to a precious metal investor i'd found in the phone book, since BANKS, for SOME REASON, don't carry monetary gold even though America produces circulation gold coins.
